Shooting has begun for the Star Cinema and Viva Films movie project starring singer-actress Sarah Geronimo and actor Coco Martin.
Ruffa Gutierrez, who is also part of the film, made the announcement on Instagram as she expressed her excitement over working with the two stars.
"My first shooting day with Sarah Geronimo & Coco Martin! nakakaloka our first scene! Agad-agad?? Here with Direk Jerry Sineneng & @Ogie_diaz #starcinema #vivafilms," Gutierrez wrote as the photo's caption.
"My first scene with Coco Martin. I can't wait for you to watch this film! It's a unique story you will truly love. (love) #comingsoon #starcinema #vivafilms," Gutierrez added.
In the film directed by Jerry Sineneng, Gutierrez will be playing the character of Monica, a public relations executive who will mentor Geronimo's character.
The film is set to be released this April.
