Last March 28th, Matteo Guidicelli celebrated his birthday with the most special people in his life, including his family, and of course Sarah Geronimo. It can be recalled that in Buzz Ng Bayan interview, it was revealed by Matteo himself that he finally has introduced Sarah to his family and they liked her.
