It can be noted that the dress was just a gift from the owner of Swatch, who also the one who organized the party for Matteo that night, Ms. Virgie Ramos. To think that it was given to Sarah as a 'gift', so that she'll have something to wear for the event, 78,000 is already quite a huge amount! Noting that it wasn't even her birthday. Hahaha! =D
The queen definitely deserves no less! :)
