Last night, the biggest and the brightest stars in the Philippines gathered in one stage once more in ABS-CBN's yearly Christmas Special concert. But it's a little different and a little more meaningful this time because the show is a benefit concert. The proceeds from the ticket sales will all go to ABS-CBN Sagip Kapamilya which directly helps the victims and survivors of Typhoon Yolanda and the earthquake in the Visayas. In the past years, tickets weren't for sale but it was this year to collect funds to help the survivors. But in exchange of the payments, the concert-goers last night got 'Tulong Shirts' for free.
The show was amazing. It was so star-studded and the happening were quickly one after the other, it would be very difficult to remember the exact order of appearances and performances but of course, there will always be favorites among all the prods. The most-applauded prods last night was the Leading Men prod where the leading men of ABS-CBN goes out the stage 3 at a time and the level of the shouts just get bigger and bigger each time that a new set of leading men. The prod was started by Daniel Padilla, Enrique Gil and Enchong Dee, and it was finished by Piolo Pascual, John Lloyd Cruz and Coco Martin. I felt like the Araneta Coliseum was on the verge of falling down that moment, it was like some earthquake experience. Haha! Other applauded prods were Sarah Geronimo's prod with the Voice artists Morissette Amon, Klarisse de Guzman, Radha, and Janice Javier, where they did a Michael Jackson medley. Also, the Diva prod of Sarah Geronimo, Angeline Quinto, Lani Misalucha and Lea Salonga. And lastly, the KathNiel prod where Kathryn Bernardo and Daniel Padilla sang a duet and it was shouts everywhere, everytime. Haha! They were the only "loveteam" that had a prod. =D
But aside from the amazing performances, what caught my attention were Sarah Geronimo's dresses in the event. Everything she wore was very, very plain. Plain but elegant, not cheap. And just this morning as I was checking out the photos, I have come a realize that Sarah Geronimo was actually wearing ALL the colors or the ABS-CBN logo! WOW! I do not know if it was meant that way, but it so perfectly slated I believe someone must have planned it that way, and left it to the people if they are going to notice it. And I did notice it! Hahaha!

Now, last night, Sarah Geronimo actually had FOUR appearances. One was during the opening, second was when she did spiels, third was the Michael Jackson prod, and lastly, the Diva prod which led to the closing right away.
In those four appearances, Sarah Geronimo of course wore four different outfits. For the opening, she was in blue, her dress while doing spiels was green, black in the MJ prod, and lastly red in the Diva and the closing prod. Did you see what I saw? Hahaha! Sarah Geronimo was wearing the logo colors of the ABS-CBN --- BLUE, GREEN, BLACK, RED! Rawr! Now, who's the queen? :)
