Celebrity coaches Sarah Geronimo, Bamboo and Lea Salonga are ready for a brand new battle as the second season of "The Voice Kids" kicks off Saturday.

In an interview on Wednesday afternoon, Bamboo denied that he is pressured to win this season since he is the only one among the three who has yet to coach a grand champion on the popular TV talent search.

Salonga coached Mitoy Yonting on the very first edition of "The Voice of the Philippines," while Geronimo is on a roll, with back-to-back wins on "The Voice Kids" and the second season of "The Voice of the Philippines."

"I feel no pressure at all. I say it honestly lang talaga because my job is to push these kids," Bamboo told ABS-CBNNews.com and other members of entertainment media.

"As long as I'm fully engaged, nandoon ako, nagtuturo ako, nagme-mentor ako and see them grow as singers and artists, I'm enjoying myself, I like that. I don't worry about things I can't control. I just have to bring forward the person I feel who's pinaka-ready."

The rocker, however, said he will be doing some adjustments this season. "I'm really pushing myself to speak Tagalog to better connect with kids," he said.

For Geronimo, who mentored the first "The Voice Kids" winner Lyca Gairanod, said she will be a bit more relaxed but this doesn't mean that she will be complacent.

"Siyempre hoping tayo na sa atin ulit manggaling ang winner or kahit sa Top 4. Basta laging hoping for the best. Siyempre lahat kaming coaches gusto naming manalo pero bahala na si Lord, bahala na ang taas, basta ibibigay namin ang the best," Geronimo said.

For this season, Salonga revealed that they found "exceptional" kids.

"We have some really, really exceptional, mind-blowing talents this season. And when I say I think we found them it's like they have the potential certainly to be as good as say Darren (Espanto) or Lyca or Darlene (Vibares) or JK (Labajo)," she said. "I think everyone of us has at least two to three real powerhouse singers that even when they grow up they will be forces for the industry."

Salonga also promised some "fierce" banter among the coaches.

"It's not just for them (viewers). It's for the benefit of the person who's standing there in front of us. Kapag nakikita nila na ipinaglalaban namin sila, mas nae-enganyo sila throughout
the rest of the season," Salonga explained.
