Direk Olivia is known for her great works especially on the fields of Drama. Given that Sarah Geronimo's leading man in this movie is Coco Martin who is really an excellent actor, we can expect some heavy drama in this movie! Wohooo! I remember one time when Sarah mentioned that she wants to work with Direk Olivia Lamasan because she looks up to her as a director and she believes that she could be much better in serious acting when she's directed by the best in that field. And it just came true! ☺
The tentative title of the Sarah-Coco movie is "Finding Mr. Perfect", an original concept and story. ☺
We can expect the story to still become a romantic-comedy one but this time, with much, much heavier drama scenes. It can't be helped. After all, it's THE Olivia Lamasan. ☺ It can be noted that this February, Star Cinema is releasing the movie "Starting Over Again", which was directed by Direk Olivia Lamasan, starring Piolo Pascual and Toni Gonzaga. It can be classified as a RomCom movie but with heavy drama scenes. ☺ And we can also think of this upcoming Sarah-Coco movie. Something that's in line with that. ☺
If given enough moment to shine and great directing, this movie can possibly give Sarah her first ever acting award. Let's cross our fingers for that. ☺
